Thousands were forced to evacuate as the McKinney fire ផ្ទុះ in size over the weekend, to more than 55,000 acres, just north of California’s drought-stricken Cascade Range, near the Oregon border.

The fire is one of six active wildfires in California and it’s 0% contained, according to the state-run site ភ្លើង Cal ។, sparking fears forecasted erratic winds could spread it uncontrollably.
