Global outrage against Russia continued to mount on Monday amid mounting allegations of mass executions and atrocities by Russian forces in Ukraine, prompting calls for a probe and fresh sanctions as the Kremlin sought to dismiss the allegations as “provocation” by “Ukrainian radicals”.
