New York City Mayor Eric Adams said Rudy Giuliani should be investigated for making a false police report, after Giuliani claimed to be painfully assaulted by a supermarket employee over the weekend—an incident Adams says he exaggerated.

At a press conference, Adams reportedly called Guiliani “irresponsible” for insisting he was almost knocked over by a slap from a Staten Island ShopRite employee—even though surveillance video released by the ញូវយ៉កភ្នំពេញប៉ុស្តិ៍ shows Giuliani standing still after an employee touched his back.
